Every Sunday, a group of women, many longtime friends, gather together via zoom to share the powerful healing that comes from singing together and letting our voices be heard. My daughter, Ariel Thiermann, ( getvocalnow.com) a gifted singer and vocal coach, has led our group for close to seventeen years. We used to meet in my living room, and that of others, but now we explore improvised ways, using all the tools zoom can give us, to feel connected through song. During this Pandemic, staying in touch with community, like our circle of song, is a lifeline for me. I hope you find ways to fill your spirit with positive energy as well. We will get through this!
